Pilates! That’s all we do. We teach private sessions, duets and small classes of less than six people. Pilates is a form of exercise that aims to strengthen your core and improve posture. With regular classes, you will look and feel toned and ready for anything.
Centered Body is not a gym. Instead, we focus on education and developing a self-awareness of the body in a supportive environment. We see Pilates as a way to create well being in order to allow you to do the things you love, from running a marathon to keeping up with your kids.
Pilates uses breath, concentration and control to build strength and flexibility, focusing on proper alignment to improve posture and prevent injuries. Our classes and sessions will give your body and mind a workout, but you will leave the studio feeling centered and ready for the rest of your day. As stated by Joseph Pilates himself:
